Parents – having problems logging in?
The three most common issues can be solved as follows:
If you are not able to access the login page – you will probably see an error message that says “This site can’t be reached”. Please double check the link provided by the school. Alternatively, contact the school and ask them for the correct link.
If you are having problems loggin in – Try re-setting your password by clicking the “forgot password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. The email will be sent to whatever email you used to register.
If you are able to login, but can’t use the application – Try using a different browser and see if that fixes the problem.
