You cannot access your school’s Conference Manager through the SchoolSoft website. Please contact your school directly for support.
The four most common issues can be solved as follows:
If you are not able to access the login page – you will probably see an error message that says “This site can’t be reached”. Please double check the link provided by the school. If you don’t have the link to the Conference Manager for your child’s school, please check to see if the link was emailed to you by the school or contact them directly and request the link.
If your school has asked you to access the Conference Manager through PowerSchool, you will need to log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and then click the application launcher icon, which looks like a checkbox with an arrow located in the top right banner in PowerSchool. Then select The Conference Manager from the list of available applications.
If you are having problems logging in – Try re-setting your password by clicking the “forgot password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. The email will be sent to the email address you used to register.
If you are able to login, but can’t use the application – You may be using an out-of-date browser. If possible, please use a different browser to see if that fixes the problem.
