Yes. We provide you with district functionality that allows forms to be created by district personnel and distributed to schools.
The 30-Day Free Trial does not begin until you are completely set up and comfortable with the system. The clock starts when you distribute your first form.
As part of the signature process, the parents have a “Decline to Sign” option. At the same time, the parents can add a comment to explain why they choose not to sign the form. For example, a parent might “Decline to Sign” a Field Trip form if they happen to be away on vacation during the field trip.
SchoolSoft is a PowerSchool Partner. If your school uses PowerSchool, we recommend integrating with it. This is the easiest way for to keep your data up-to-date. For smaller schools or unique instances, please contact us to discuss what will work best for your school.
